Podczas nocnej kontroli drogowej na ulicy Gryfa Pomorskiego w Wejherowie, policjanci z ruchu drogowego zauważyli 23-letniego mężczyznę, którego zachowanie sugerowało, że może być pod wpływem substancji odurzających. Funkcjonariusze odkryli u niego amfetaminę oraz marihuanę, które zostały zabezpieczone. Mężczyzna noc spędził w policyjnym areszcie. Będzie odpowiadał za posiadanie narkotyków oraz niewykluczone, że także za kierowanie pojazdem pod ich wpływem. Te przestępstwa są zagrożone karą pozbawienia wolności do trzech lat.
Policjanci z Wydziału Ruchu Drogowego Komendy Powiatowej Policji w Wejherowie zatrzymali kierowcę, który prowadził samochód pod wpływem środka działającego podobnie do alkoholu. Sytuacja miała miejsce w środę, 15 października, na ulicy Gryfa Pomorskiego. W trakcie kontroli drogowej policjanci zauważyli, że mężczyzna był zdenerwowany i jego zachowanie wydawało się nienaturalne, co mogło wskazywać na wpływ substancji odurzających. Został zatrzymany i pobrano od niego krew do analizy, aby potwierdzić obecność narkotyków w organizmie.
– W trakcie działań funkcjonariusze znaleźli u 23-latka biały proszek, który wyglądał jak amfetamina, oraz zielonobrunatny susz roślinny przypominający marihuanę – informuje asp. sztab. Anetta Potrykus, oficer prasowy wejherowskiej policji. – Obie substancje zostały zabezpieczone i przekazane do dalszych badań. Mężczyzna, mieszkaniec powiatu, został zatrzymany i spędził noc w policyjnym areszcie.
Za prowadzenie pojazdu pod wpływem środka odurzającego oraz posiadanie narkotyków grozi mu kara do trzech lat pozbawienia wolności, utrata prawa jazdy oraz sądowy zakaz kierowania.
