Sportowa rywalizacja, dobra energia i duch fair play – tak wyglądały Mistrzostwa Samorządowe Małego Trójmiasta Kaszubskiego w siatkówce, które odbyły się w czwartek, 24 kwietnia, w hali Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3 w Redzie.
Na parkiecie spotkały się reprezentacje czterech samorządów: Redy, Rumi, Starostwa Powiatowego w Wejherowie oraz miasta Wejherowa. Turniej przyciągnął uwagę zarówno kibiców, jak i lokalnych włodarzy, którzy – zamiast w garniturach – pojawili się w sportowym wydaniu.
Zespół z Wejherowa, w składzie którego znaleźli się m.in. radni miejscy oraz zastępca prezydenta Arkadiusz Kraszkiewicz, wywalczył drugie miejsce. Zwycięstwo przypadło drużynie z Rumi, natomiast na najniższym stopniu podium stanęło Starostwo Powiatowe w Wejherowie. Gospodarze z Redy musieli tym razem zadowolić się czwartą pozycją.
