Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe (PEJ) zawarły umowę z Wojewodą Pomorskim na użytkowanie wieczyste nieruchomości położonych w gminie Choczewo. To właśnie tam powstanie pierwsza elektrownia jądrowa w Polsce, która ma wzmocnić bezpieczeństwo energetyczne kraju i przyczynić się do rozwoju Pomorza.
Zawarcie umowy to kluczowy etap formalny w procesie uzyskiwania pozwolenia na budowę – potwierdzający prawo PEJ do dysponowania nieruchomościami objętymi decyzją lokalizacyjną z 2023 roku.
– Konsekwentnie realizujemy kolejne kamienie milowe projektu, jednym z nich jest uzyskanie tytułu prawnego do działek w gminie Choczewo. To jeden z warunków wymaganych przed złożeniem wniosku o pozwolenie na budowę elektrowni jądrowej Lubiatowo-Kopalino – podkreślił Piotr Piela, pełniący obowiązki prezesa PEJ.

Inwestycja, która realizowana będzie pod nazwą Lubiatowo-Kopalino, obejmuje zarówno teren lądowy, jak i morski, i jest kluczowym projektem w ramach transformacji energetycznej Polski.
To jest tragedia dla całego Wybrzeża. Budowa odbierze tu mieszkającym ludziom zarobku z turystyki, a turystom godziwego wypoczynku. Mydlenie oczu, że region się rozwinie, a ludzie znajdą pracę. Jaką pracę, jak takiego giganta obsługują komputery i tylko kilka osób. Ci, od energetyki, zwietrzyli dobry interes i wciskanie bajek jest ich priorytetem. A środowisko i ludzie – są obojętni.
