Uczniowie Powiatowego Zespołu Szkół nr 4 im. Jakuba Wejhera, a także nauczyciele i przedstawiciele władz przeszli barwnym pochodem ulicami Wejherowa w hołdzie dla założyciela miasta i patrona szkoły. Wydarzenie zorganizowano już po raz czternasty.
Tradycyjna Parada Jakuba Wejhera Wejherowskiej Samochodówki odbyła się w piątek, 23 maja, w przeddzień miejskich obchodów Dnia Jakuba, organizowanych z okazji 382. urodzin Wejherowa. Coroczne wydarzenie jest piękną tradycją, łączącą historię, lokalną tożsamość i zaangażowanie społeczności szkolnej.
Kolorowy pochód pełen młodzieży szkolnej przeszedł główną ulicą miasta w stronę placu Jakuba Wejhera. Nie zabrakło orkiestry, transparentów z nazwami kierunków kształcenia w szkole. Paradę uświetniła duża kolumna zabytkowych pojazdów.
Na miejskim rynku, gdzie odbyła się część uroczystości, społeczność szkolną przywitały władze miasta i powiatu. Złożono kwiaty pod pomnikiem Jakuba Wejhera.
