52-letnia kobieta z powiatu wejherowskiego usłyszała 46 zarzutów w sprawie dotyczącej handlu towarami oznaczonymi podrobionymi znakami towarowymi. Postępowanie prowadzone przez funkcjonariuszy Wydziału do Walki z Przestępczością Gospodarczą Komendy Powiatowej Policji w Wejherowie trwało niemal dwa lata. Sprawa właśnie trafiła do sądu.
Policjanci ustalili, że kobieta od stycznia 2019 roku sprzedawała w sieci odzież, zegarki, biżuterię, perfumy, a także inne akcesoria łudząco przypominające produkty renomowanych marek. Jak podkreśla policja, część oferowanych przez nią rzeczy nie istniała nawet w oficjalnej ofercie tych firm.

W toku śledztwa zabezpieczono znaczną ilość podrabianych towarów – m.in. bieliznę, okulary przeciwsłoneczne, paski, czapki, portfele i torebki. Cały asortyment oznaczony był znakami towarowymi znanych marek, bez wiedzy i zgody ich właścicieli.
Straty oszacowane przez pokrzywdzonych przekraczają milion złotych.
– Kobieta traktowała ten proceder jako stałe źródło dochodu, prowadząc sprzedaż głównie przez Internet – informują śledczy.
Zgodnie z art. 305 ustawy – Prawo własności przemysłowej, podejrzanej grozi do 5 lat więzienia. Akt oskarżenia został już skierowany do Sądu Rejonowego w Wejherowie.
