Do sytuacji doszło w ubiegłym tygodniu w godzinach wieczornych. Funkcjonariusze z Komisariatu Policji w Rumi zatrzymali do kontroli rowerzystę, którego nerwowe zachowanie zwróciło ich uwagę, dlatego został dokładnie sprawdzony.
– Okazało się, że rowerzysta posiadał przy sobie środki odurzające w postaci marihuany o wadze ponad 19 gramów – informuje asp. sztab. Anetta Potrykus, oficer prasowy wejherowskiej policji. – Dodatkowo przeprowadzone badanie trzeźwości wykazało, że mężczyzna znajdował się w stanie po użyciu alkoholu, za co został ukarany mandatem karnym w wysokości 1000 złotych.
38-latek został zatrzymany i noc spędził w policyjnym areszcie. Następnego dnia usłyszał zarzut posiadania środków odurzających. Za to przestępstwo grozi mu kara do trzech lat pozbawienia wolności.
